How to Mold Your Mouth Guard:

1️⃣ Soften: Soak in warm water (about 160°F / 70°C) for 10-15 seconds until edges start to soften. Avoid boiling water to prevent damage.
2️⃣ Mold: Place in your mouth, position over teeth, and press firmly with your fingers while gently sucking to remove air.
3️⃣ Set: Hold in place for 30 seconds until it conforms to your teeth.
4️⃣ Trim for Comfort: Use scissors to remove excess material above the gum line for a perfect fit.

Fitting method is as follows
